The Legal Requirement For A DGSA

The “Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road”, commonly known as ADR sets out the requirement for those involved in the carriage of dangerous goods to appoint a DGSA. The DGSA duties are described at paragraph 1.8.3 of ADR 2021.
